第六十八章

善为士者不武，善战者不怒，善胜敌者不与，善用人者为之下。是谓不争之德，是谓用人之力，是谓配天古之极。

A good soldier is not violent; a good fighter does not become angry; a good conqueror does not engage the enemy; a good employer of people places himself below them. This is called the virtue of non-competition; this is called the power of using others; this is called matching heaven — the highest principle of the ancients.
